Peck has distinguished herself in the field of haptics, or the study of touch, and is a valued advisor to retailers and savvy consumers everywhere. She earned her MBA from the Wisconsin School of Business in 1993 and joined the faculty 1999. Peck has been published in the Journal of Consumer Research, the Journal of Marketing, the Journal of Retailing and the Journal of Applied Psychology. |
