I had already designated a gift for the University in my estate, but I looked at the Charitable Remainder Annuity Trust as a win-win. The University gets the money and I get income.

WISCAPE

The Wisconsin Center for the Advancement of Post-secondary Education (WISCAPE) is a new center through which the School will enhance research and teaching about higher education, offer professional development to emerging leaders and conduct public discussions of challenges facing higher education in Wisconsin and across the nation.

This exciting new endeavor represents the University's commitment to understand and advance its own industry. Funding for the Center comes from several sources, including a base budget from the University and research grants from the Federal government.

Private support will make it possible for university researchers and staff to join with Regents, legislators and key private and public sector leaders to plan the future of higher education in Wisconsin and beyond.
